Tess’s warm, bubbly, and caring nature has always been at the heart of Seimosei. Her genuine passion and dedication to supporting people inspired the creation of the organisation and continue to shape its values today. Guided by her belief in “A Smile That Cares,” Tess built Seimosei on the understanding that compassion, positivity, and human connection are the foundation of exceptional support.

With a nursing background and more than 30 years of experience in the disability sector, Tess has worked across a range of roles including Support Worker, Team Leader, Respite Coordinator, and House Manager. This breadth of experience has given her deep insight into person-centred care and the importance of building meaningful, lasting relationships.

Her unwavering commitment to putting people first laid the foundation for Seimosei’s strong and trusted reputation within the community.

Erika

Erika

General manager

Erika leads Seimosei with a deep commitment to trust, empathy, care, and genuine human connection. With a lifelong connection to the disability community, she brings both lived understanding and professional leadership to the organisation.

Her guiding philosophy — “When you truly care, it shows in everything you do” — informs how she shapes Seimosei’s culture, ensuring every participant, family member and team member experiences respect, support, and exceptional service. Approachable, solutions-focused, and driven by integrity, Erika oversees the high-level running of Seimosei, guiding its strategic direction and fostering a people-first culture across the organisation.

Bianca

People and Operations Coordinator

Bianca has spent over 15 years supporting people in meaningful, hands-on roles. With a background as a disability support worker, experience in paramedicine, and volunteering with St John, care and compassion are at the heart of everything she does.

Her genuine interest in helping people shines through in her work with participants and families. Bianca takes the time to listen, understand your individual needs, and tailor supports that truly make a difference.

Talent Manager

Dave brings a caring, considered approach to his work, shaped by his hands-on experience in disability support. With a deep understanding of what makes a great support worker, he leads Seimosei’s recruitment and ensures our practices align with compliance standards. Dave is passionate about building a team that reflects our values—compassion, reliability, and person-centred care—and his calm, thoughtful presence makes him a trusted part of our organisation.

Jacqui

Jacqui

Office Assistant

Jacqui is a valuable Office Assistant helping with anything admin and office related. Jacqui is a key interviewer who assists in selecting people to join our Seimosei Support Worker Team. Jacqui is a NDIS participant, so having her perspective in participant matching is invaluable.

Jayne

Internal Accountant

Jayne brings a rare blend of warmth, care, and precision to everything she does at Seimosei. As our Finance & Payroll Coordinator, she quietly keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring our team and systems are well supported.

Known for her sharp analytical mind and gentle nature, Jayne’s calm presence and thoughtful approach make her an invaluable part of our team. She’s approachable, dependable, and has a way of making even the most complex things feel simple.

Allen

People and Operations Coordinator

Allen brings warmth, dedication, and firsthand support experience to his role in operations and participant experience. Since 2020, he has worked closely with participants at Seimosei as a Support Worker, building strong relationships and a deep understanding of individual needs.

Now focused on coordinating rosters, managing day-to-day communications, and supporting participants behind the scenes, Allen is often the friendly voice on the phone or the helpful reply in your inbox. His calm approach and passion for making a difference make him a valued part of the Seimosei team.
