Seimosei Australia Pty Ltd – known as Seimosei Disability Support – is a privately-owned disability support services provider based in Canberra. Seimosei operates from its headquarters in the Canberra suburb of Beard (24 Coal Court).
At Seimosei, our primary mission is to assist people living with a disability in Canberra, Queanbeyan and surrounding areas. To achieve this, we require committed and compassionate staff with a genuine interest in wanting to help people. Caring is the best credential.
If you’re an experienced disability support worker or have a Certificate III / IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Services, we’d like to hear from you. Alternatively, if you’d like to commit to a career in disability support, we offer entry-level positions (with training). If you have the passion, the desire to help and genuinely care we will give you the opportunity.
Mandatory Requirements to meet NDIS Compliance:
- Working with vulnerable people card
- First aid certificate
- NDIS Worker screening test
- Covid 19-Infection and Prevention Certificate
- NDIS- Worker Orientation, Quality, safety and you
- National Police Check
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- If driving- valid drivers licence and car insurance certificate
- Covid vaccination records

General Employment Criteria
If you’re seeking to work with us, there’s a number of things we look for when employing new staff.
- A compassionate, caring and optimistic outlook on life.
- Good references from previous employment.
- An understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS), as well as Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
- Current work visa
- A current driver’s licence, along with access to a motor vehicle (registered and insured)- highly preferably
- Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
- First aid certificate.
